Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

The Oven Diaries sells only digital products. There is no physical shipping involved. All products are delivered electronically.

2. How you receive your product

After your payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to your digital product immediately, either through an on-screen download link or via an email sent to the address provided at checkout.

3. Delivery timeline

Delivery is instant in most cases. In rare instances of a delay, please allow a few minutes and check your email inbox, including your spam or promotions folder.

4. Didn't receive your product?

If you have completed payment but not received your download link or email within 30 minutes, please contact us at askeverydayco@gmail.com with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.
