The Oven Diaries sells digital products, specifically a collection of eggless bakery recipe e-books and related digital content. All products are delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

5. Intellectual property

All content, including recipes, text, images, branding, and design, is the intellectual property of The Oven Diaries and is protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

6. Limitation of liability

Recipes are provided for informational purposes. Results may vary based on ingredients, equipment, and technique. We are not liable for any outcomes, allergies, or dissatisfaction arising from the preparation or consumption of any recipe. Please check ingredients for allergens before use.

7. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh.
